Patient e-referral

Our e-referral form allows healthcare professionals to refer their patients to our Asthma Adviceline service. The Adviceline is staffed, managed and governed by medical experts on behalf of the Asthma Society of Ireland. It provides evidence-based education and support. It does not offer clinical diagnosis or treatment. It is free and confidential.
