Chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs) are some of the most common non-communicable diseases globally, yet they receive limited attention from the public and policymakers. Without action, more people with CRDs will remain undiagnosed and untreated. This new report from The Health Policy Partnership, released for World Lung Day 2024 (September 25), outlines how CRDs can be addressed.
This report identifies four major areas of focus within which tangible steps must be taken to help realise this approach.
