The Icy Plunge for Asthma is our annual challenge where brave participants step into ice baths in solidarity with the 450,000 people in Ireland living with asthma.
The intense cold, chest tightness, and shortness of breath reflects what many people with asthma experience every day.
Our first event took place in September 2025 and we are doing it again in 2026!
You can take part on your own or bring a team. Each participant aims to raise €1,000, and sponsorship options are available.
