Become an Asthma Ambassador

The Asthma Society of Ireland is always looking for Asthma Ambassadors – people who are willing to help spread the word about asthma by telling their own asthma story.

Asthma Ambassador Cat Kennedy

Have you just been diagnosed with asthma and are finding it a challenge?

Do you care for someone with asthma?

Are you a lifelong asthma patient with advice you can share?

The Asthma Society of Ireland is always looking for Asthma Ambassadors – people who are willing to help spread the word about asthma by telling their own asthma story.

The ideal Ambassador will be someone who has asthma themselves or knows somebody who does and who knows the struggles that people with asthma face.

The main role of the Ambassador will be to speak to media outlets about their experiences with asthma and help them understand how serious asthma can be. The Ambassador may also appear at events organised by the society to represent people with asthma.

If you are someone who is willing to share your asthma story, or have any questions about becoming an Asthma Ambassador, please contact communications@asthma.ie for more information.

We are always looking for Asthma Ambassadors of all ages so feel free to contact us at any time of the year.
